The Milli Majlis Azerbaijani apparatus announced a competition for admission to vacant public service positions with a specialty of a lawyer.
According to haqqın.az in the Parliament department for public relations and the press, the competition is held in two stages – a written exam and an interview.
At the stage of the written exam of the competition, theoretical knowledge of candidates and knowledge of the legislation of the country will be verified.
At the stage of the interview, the level of knowledge of candidates in the field of law will be determined, including constitutional, criminal, administrative, civil, tax, financial, labor law and social security law, as well as a general worldview, the ability to clarify the meaning of legal norms, and freely state your thoughts and derive logical conclusions.
