Azercell Telesom LLC continues to implement projects aimed at increasing the level of education and professional development, as well as the employment of youth in the framework of their strategy of corporate social responsibility. In partnership with the Azerbaijan Children’s Villages Association, the country’s leading mobile operator opens up wide opportunities for young people left without parental care to build a successful career in the future.
The purpose of the project is to train 100 young people aged 15-25 years, brought up in children’s villages SOS and communities, to subsequent employment by expanding the sphere of their current activities and creating new initiatives.
Events that will cover Baku, Ganju and Sumgait, first of all, will include the over 8 modules of the ONLINARY-WROINGS dedicated to the topics of future employment and small business. Among the planned trainings as instilling leadership qualities and communicative skills, as well as practical modules, including financial literacy and interview with personnel managers. Webinars will be presented on the Youthlinks platform. At the next stage of the project, it is planned to involve young people in various professional trainings in accordance with their knowledge, skills and desires. At the final stage of the project, young people who have successfully completed vocational training will be included in the program in which experience will be gained under mentoring business representatives in these professional areas.
