In Azerbaijan, on August 28 and 29, in public places, 13 active patients with Coronavirus were identified and detained by employees of the internal affairs bodies and detained, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was reported.
Police officers spent explanatory conversations with detainees and delivered them at their place of residence, which relevant medical institutions were informed.
With respect to five detainees, a criminal case was initiated under Article 139-1.1 (violation of anti-epidemic and quarantine regime) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
