We recall that in April the Turkmen authorities were concerned about the external and moral appearance of women. Meetings began to hold meetings with students and schoolgirls who were told about the need to observe national traditions and the inadmissibility of hair dyeing, applying permanent makeup, eyelash and nail extension, as well as lips to increase and, as a whole, the use of too bright makeup.
