Council Of Managers IAEA Adopted Anti -Iranian Resolution

The Council of Management of the International Agency for Nuclear Energy (IAEA) adopted a resolution criticizing Iran.

The draft resolution was submitted for consideration by the agency by the United States, Great Britain, France and Germany.

The constant representative of the Russian Federation at international organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said on his page in X that the document was adopted by 19 votes “FOR”.

Ulyanov noted that Russia, China and Burkina -Faso voted against the bill, 12 countries abstained from voting.

The resolution requires Tehran to fulfill the obligations under an agreement on guarantees signed between Iran and IAEA as part of an agreement on non -proliferation of nuclear weapons (day).

The document emphasizes the importance of compiling technically reliable statements regarding particles of uranium of anthropogenic origin found in two regions in Iran, which was not reported to the agency.

The text emphasizes that at the moment the continuing work of the agency is in every possible way in accordance with the guarantee agreement that is implemented to ensure that the Iranian nuclear program is completely peaceful.
