The Sabail District Court arrested the detainee in the course of yesterday’s operation of the State Security Service (SGB) by the head of the department of supply and property of the Ministry of Culture Ilkin for 4 months, Azerbaijani media write.
During yesterday’s operation, the SGB in the Ministry of Culture were detained, in addition to Nasibov, the Deputy Minister of Culture Elnur Aliyev and the head of the protocol department of the ministry, Kamil Rzaev.
