Today in the Sumgath court in grave crimes began a preliminary meeting in the criminal case of the Deputy Eldaniz Salimov.
As the HAQQIN.AZ correspondent reports, on the process chaired by Judge Hafiz Aliyev, questionnaires were clarified.
The next court session is scheduled for November 17.
Recall that on July 29, the deputy Milli Majlis Eldanis Salimov at the Old Dvor restaurant in Khachmaz applied violence against an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case under Article 309.2 (Exceeding Official Powers) of the Criminal Code. Then the parliament on the basis of the submission of the Prosecutor General’s Office deprived E. Salimov deputy inviolability.
By the decision of the Binagadine District Court against Eldaniz Salimov, a preventive measure was elected in the form of an arrest.
