In Sumgath court in grave crimes, hearings will begin in the case of Deputy Eldaniz Salimov. This is stated in the statement of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan, reports haqqin.az.
Recall, on July 29, a deputy of Milli Majlis Eldanis Salimov at the Old Dvor restaurant in Khachmaz applied violence against an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case under Article 309.2 (Exceeding Official Powers) of the Criminal Code. Then the parliament on the basis of the submission of the Prosecutor General’s Office deprived E. Salimov deputy inviolability.
By the decision of the Binagadine District Court against Eldaniz Salimov, a preventive measure was elected in the form of an arrest.
