completed preliminary investigation in the criminal case of the former Deputy Minister of Culture of Rafik Bayramov, accused of bribery.
According to HAQQIN.AZ, the materials in a criminal case are sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes. The case is transferred to the production of Afghan Guadzhiev’s judge.
Recall, Rafik Bayramov was detained in May 2020 as a result of a special operation conducted by the State Security Service in the Ministry of Culture. Rafiku Bayramov was charged with the abuse of the official position, assigning financial resources and herdog. The decision of the court against it was elected a preventive measure in the form of arrest.
