Armenian Administrative Court did not satisfy the request of the representative of Prime Minister Nikola Pashinian about the cancellation of the previously admitted guidance on the recognition of the liberation of Gasparyan’s liberation from the post of head of the General Staff, which did not meet the final decision by the court. This is reported by Interfax.
“The defendant did not submit the justifications required to cancel a security measure. Consequently, the court considers that the request of the representative of the Prime Minister is subject to failure,” the court decision says.
At the end of March, the Armenian Administrative Court did not satisfy the petition for the disagreement of the judge MGRET Petrosyan in the case of Gasparyan. A representative of Prime Minister Armenia appealed to the court.
As reported, the judge of the administrative court Mger Petrosyan temporarily satisfied the artist of Gasparyan, adopting security measures. Thus, according to the decision of the administrative court, the appointment of a new chief of the General Staff Armenia is prohibited.
At the same time on March 22, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said that Artak Davtyan’s force was appointed to the position of head of the General Staff Armenia.
