Armenian Administrative Court returned the claim for the former chief of the General Staff of the Allbay, Gasparyan against Prime Minister Nikola Pashinyan and the President of Armen Sargsyan. According to the judicial information website, Judge Liana Hakobyan returned a lawsuit with the possibility of appealing in the appeal administrative court within five days. This is reported by Interfax.
According to the report, this claim of Gasparyan asked to recognize it unlawful to suspend his post.
As previously reported, on March 17, the Armenian administrative court within the framework of another claim of Gasparyan made a decision, adopting security measures. In the judicial information published on the website, Datalex.am is noted that the Judge Mger Petrosyan temporarily satisfied the lawsuit, adopting security measures to recognize the liberation of Gasparyan from the position of the law of not relevant legal relations before the final decision by the court. Thus, according to the decision of the Administrative Court, it is prohibited to appoint a new head of the GSh Sun, which means that Gasparyan will continue to hold the position of head of the General Staff. However, on March 22, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated that Artak Davtyan’s force was appointed to the position of chief of the General Staff Armenian Armenia.
On March 24, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Armenia stated that he received a statement on the case of Gasparyan on the initiation of a criminal case against Prime Minister Nikola Pashinian and the Minister of Defense of Wagarshak Harutyunyan in connection with the appointment by the head of GSH Artaka Davtyan.
