Court in Russia recognized legal sending of Russian Guard to Ukraine legal

Nalchik Garrison Military Court refused to satisfy the claim 115 former employees of the Russian Guard who disputed early dismissal from the service due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract, according to the court website, RBC reports.

Earlier, the Rosgvardists refused to fulfill the official task related to military operations in Ukraine.

For this, the Rosgvardists were fired, after which they filed a collective lawsuit. They wanted to challenge the “actions of military officers of the Russian Guard”, related to disciplinary liability, early dismissal from the service due to non -compliance with the terms of the contract and the exclusion from the lists of personnel of the military unit.

The Rosgvardists said that “they were thrown to the front line without providing any weapons.”

The court recognized their arguments insolvent and established that the Rosgvardists “arbitrarily refused to fulfill the service task” and all together “on their own initiative” departure to the constant place of service.

“In connection with this decision of the court, the collective lawsuit was refused, and the actions and decisions of military officials that were disputed by the plaintiffs were recognized as legitimate,” the court said.
