Court In United States Gave One Day To Resume Foreign Assistance USAID

The court in the United States ordered the administration of the President of the country Donald Trump to resume foreign assistance to the Paul of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) within one day.

The verdict was issued following a hearing in the District Court in the County of Colombia as part of the lawsuit against the termination of financing of all USAID programs.

District Judge Amir Ali said that the authorities did not fulfill the previous resolution on defrosting.

US President Donald Trump immediately after taking office on January 20 signed a decree on the suspension for 90 days of providing assistance to other countries in order to develop programs to compliance with the foreign staff of the United States.

At the end of February, Secretary of State Marco Rubio suspended all the foreign assistance of the United States financed by the State Department and the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

USA (DOGE) Ilon Musk announced that the employees were “sent on administrative vacation” due to problems with USAID managers.

Subsequently, the district judge Amir Ali issued a temporary prohibitive court ordering the State Department and USAID to restore the allocation of funds for foreign assistance.
