The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sentenced 5 people who committed war crimes against humanity in the Prudor during the war of 1992-1995, by prison terms of 5 to 20 years.

The court’s statement says that Ilya Zorich was sentenced to 20 years in prison, and Zoran Milunuch was sentenced to 14 years old, and Dushan Milunich, by the age of 12, by the age of 8, Zoran Stenich and by the age of 5 – I loved Chetych. All of them are convicted of crimes against the Bosnian civilian population in the village of Zekhovi in ​​the Prudor during the war.

The statement states that the trial of five military criminals continued for 9 years. According to the court decision, they have the right to appeal the verdict.

The court verdict notes that at least 150 Bosnian civilians were killed in Zekhovi and its environs, as well as a large number of local populations were enclosed in concentration camps.

Fikret Bachich, who lost his relatives in the Prudor, said that the sentence is “sad”.

“We are glad that the atrocities committed in Zechovi were examined in court, but they suffered a very insignificant punishment. The bodies of more than 600 people killed in the Pyadora have not yet been found,” he said.

Having stated that he was not satisfied with the verdict, Bachich added: “Some of the criminals are still hiding from justice.”

According to the Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 5 thousand Bosnians were killed in the Predor in 1992-1995, including 4 thousand 93 peaceful residents.
