COVID passports will be introduced in Azerbaijan

In Azerbaijan, it is planned to introduce COVID passports (certificates), the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, head of the department for economic issues and the policy of innovative development of the administration of President Shahmar Movsumov, reports haqqin.az.

Presidential Assistant said that those who received both doses of the Vaccine from Coronavirus will receive a certificate of vaccination: “The second certificate is a certificate of immunity. This certificate will be provided with a coronavirus. These certificates will be called COVID passports.”

“At the first stage, we plan to use these passports as part of a visit to sports and health complexes, the activities of which will be restored from June 10. In the future, COVID passports will allow citizens to visit cinemas, theaters, and get other privileges,” Shahmar Movsumov said On Tuesday at the briefing.
