The head of the Combat Training Directorate of the Armenian Armed Forces, Deputy Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Andranik Makaryan has been charged. He is being held as a defendant in a criminal case being investigated in the main military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. “Zhokhovurd” newspaper reports about it, referring to the department of public relations of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Armenia.
