In relation to the former press secretary of the ex-president Ayop Mutallibov, Taylor Fayashoglu (Ibragimov), a criminal case has been instituted.
According to Haqqin.az, Fayashoglu is accused of fraud. According to the indictment, introducing himself as a press secretary of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Ibrahimov took 25 thousand manat from a resident of the Agidzhabmedinsky district by Bayram Aleskerov, promising to help his arrested son Elmedin Aleskerov from criminal liability.
B. Aleskerov turned to law enforcement agencies. A criminal case has been instituted against Fatishoglu in the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General.
Materials in the criminal case were sent to the Khatainsky District Court for consideration. In relation to Ibragimov, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention.
Note that a few years ago Ibragimov was found guilty of fraud on behalf of the former head of the executive branch of the Agdam district Rabig Mammadov and sentenced by the Baku court on serious crimes by 4 years 6 months in prison.
