Croatian President Zoran Milanovich said that he would impose a veto on the membership of Finland and Sweden in NATO as part of the upcoming summit in Madrid, RIA Novosti reports.
“The question arose as rain in the spring, no one expected … At the NATO summit I will put a veto on the invitation, if it is at that level,” he said.
