Cybercrime Network Has Neutralized In Turkey

The National Intelligence Organization of Turkey (Mi̇T) during the operation to suppress the activities of the cybercrower network, detained three people related to terrorist organizations that used illegally obtained personal data for organizational activities.

According to information received from sources in security agencies, Mi̇t found that the cybercrime network uses illegally obtained personal data for organizational activity.

As a result of the operation, 3 people who were associated with terrorist organizations were arrested against the cybercrower network.

The criminal network, which was deciphered during the operation, carried out illegal data trafficking through foreign platforms and used advanced technological methods and techniques to conceal this activity.

Relations with international criminal networks

During the investigation, it was established that the suspects used the critical information they received as a result of cooperation with international criminal networks, both for economic benefit and for use against Turkey.

As a result of the checks, it was revealed that in recent years, young people are increasingly tending to cybercrime, and this situation has significantly increased their participation in the networks used in illegal activities.

The National Intelligence Organization found that terrorist organizations use digital platforms for promotion, collecting intelligence and receiving illegal income.

In this regard, operations are carried out to protect the interests of Turkey in the field of cybersecurity and ensuring national security.
