99-year-old Duke Edinburgh spent its last days in Windsor Castle together with his wife – Queen UK Elizabeth II. He was in good shape and swear never to return to the hospital after a long stay there in March – he made a heart surgery, writes Daily Mail.

Prince Philip read and wrote letters, talked with close on the phone, but was “calmer and quieter” than usual. He also kept two photos from bed – one with Elizabeth, and the other with his mother.
