International Bank of Azerbaijan continues its activities towards the implementation of transformational processes. The implementation of projects allows the bank to successfully adapt to the challenges of modernity. A special place in the update process is given to the biennial network. Perhaps, we will start our conversation with the first deputy chairman of the Board Ilham Gabibullayev.
– Ilham Mulylim, what measures are taken to develop bank service centers?
– At the moment, the project for the transformation of branches is being implemented. This is a fairly integrated process covering the entire bank service network. Work in this direction is carried out in stages and will continue in the coming years.
By the end of this year, customers will see a number of important changes in our branches. Thanks to various technological solutions and tools, the maintenance process will become faster. In some cases, the service time will decrease by more than 2 times. The introduction of technological solutions, as well as the optimization of business processes will help successfully implement the planned plans.
I would like to mention a special role of digital transformation projects in the development of a service network. A special contribution in this direction has made a new mobile application, development and implementation of solutions for remote customer service, creating a good opportunity for faster and convenient processing of requests and banking operations.
What out of the measures taken within the project you can lead, as one of the most successful?
– for example, the implementation of the project of a universal employee to serve individuals. By contacting only one of these employees, the client will be able to receive detailed information on all the questions you are interested in and to take advantage of the services you need. As you know, customers are often forced to contact various specialists for a different kind of banking products, which ultimately leads to the loss of a large number of time in the queue. The implementation of this project will allow you to forget about this problem.
In addition, the appearance and conditions of our branches are changing. Additional opportunities are being created for comfort and meet the needs of our customers. This year, customers will see several of our branches in an updated format and in a new corporate style.

To date, the Bank offers its customers almost all the main types of services in demand in the local market.
