Investigative Committee of Armenia made an accusation of the Deputy Head of the General Staff of the Armenian Armenian Armenian Andranik Makaryan in a negligence to the service caused significantly harm. This is reported by TASS.
“The accusation of Makaryan was presented on the signs of part 3 of Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (” The negligence attitude of the head or an official for the service that caused significant harm “). With regard to Makaryan, a preventive measure was elected – a subscription of the unsewable,” the committee noted.
Acts provided for by this article of the Criminal Code if they are committed during a military situation or war are punished with imprisonment for a period of four to eight years.
According to local media, Makaryan is accused of being a consequence of his orders during hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh in October last year, a detachment of 60 servicemen disappeared.
