Azerbaijan Natural Gas balanced the cost of fuel in the Serbian market, said Deputy Prime Minister Serbia – Minister of Energy and Mining Industry Zoran Mikhailovich.
“Gas Pipeline Serbia – Bulgaria will provide Serbia opportunities to receive natural gas from other suppliers, such as the terminals of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Greece, TAP and TANAP gas pipelines, which are part of the southern gas corridor transporting gas from the Caspian Sea and Middle Gas Corridor East, “said Mikhailovich Trend.
Mikhailovich noted that Bulgaria already gets natural gas from Azerbaijan and from the Greek LNG terminal. “And we hope that by following this example, we will be able to diversify our natural gas supplies routes. This is definitely not only contributes to the reliability of supplies, but also has a positive effect on the balance of gas prices in the Serbian market,” the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia added .
