Deputy Prime Minister Of Moldova Expressed Gratitude Of Turkey For Intermediary Role In Resolving Conflict Between Ukraine And Russian Federation

Moldova is very grateful to Turkey for its role as an intermediary, peacekeeper and organizer of dialogue between the parties. This was stated by Anadol by the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Moldova Mikhai Popshay announced in the fields of the diplomatic forum in Antalya, whose global communication partner is the Anadolu agency (AA).

Pepshoy noted the long -standing roots of cooperation and economic ties between the two countries. “We are glad that we have very strong ties with Turkey,” the prime minister added.

He also noted good relations between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Moldova President Maya Sandu. “I am extremely pleased with the relationship with my friend and colleague, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan,” he said.

The minister expressed confidence that Türkiye will continue to contribute to the establishment of peace. “We hope that all our friends in Europe and on the other side of the Atlantic will help our region find such a necessary world,” he said.

Speaking about the diplomatic forum in Antalya, Pepshay said that he was participating in the event for the second time and is impressed by a large number of participants from Europe, Asia, Africa and from all over the world.

“You have the opportunity to meet with many people who, under the usual conditions, would have gone to the acquaintance of years, and here are our friends from Turkey, with whom we have a very close relationship,” said Pepshoy.

Having emphasized the need to strengthen not only political, but also economic ties between the two countries, Pepshaya said: “I look forward to close contacts with my Turkish colleagues to strengthen political and economic ties between our countries.”
