Vice Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk called on Armenia to be guided by common sense and proceed to unlocking transport paths in the South Caucasus. With such a statement, he acted as a ceremony of sending new cars produced by OAO Tver Carriage Plant (TWZ) to Armenia, RIA Novosti reports.
“We are all waiting and we hope that common sense will prevail here and we will soon be able to start unlocking transport routes in the Transcaucasian region,” said Overchuk, emphasizing that for Armenia, the delivery of new cars is very important.
According to him, in the current realities, the development of transport infrastructure in the region “is important than ever”. Overchuk noted that today there are completely new conditions for the development of the entire region – both in terms of economics, and in terms of transport development.
“This can create unique conditions for the disclosure of the entire economic potential of Armenia, it can create unique, amazing conditions in order to fully implement our Eurasian integration,” said Vice Prime Minister.
