detectives from Turkey instructed to find the property with declared bankrupt Rostov shipping company Palmali (part of the group of companies Mubariz Mansimov – Ed.). This decision was made at a meeting of the committee of creditors LLC Palmali, Russian media write.
“It was decided to attract foreign specialists in finding the property (detectives) to identify the property of the property involved in the subsidiary responsibility on the obligations of Palmali LLC – Mansimov Mubariz Gurbagloh, as well as the property of 19 Turkish companies controlled by him,” the report says .
Note that Palmali LLC is a shipping company operating in Rostov. She is a subsidiary of Palmali Shipping. LLC “Palmali” was announced bankrupt due to multimillion debts to Russian banks.
