The head of the Magate said he intends to create a constant mission to observe the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant. “This is one of the most important things that I want to do and I will do it,” he said. According to Grossy, the current mission will stay at the station from August 31 to September 3. On the morning of August 31, experts left Kyiv in the direction of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.
“We are going to the combat zone, we go to the seized territory, and for this we need obvious guarantees not only from the Russian Federation, but also from Ukraine. We were able to provide this,” the agency director said. Experts will evaluate the physical damage of the ZAEC, the work of security and protection systems, check the working conditions of the staff and give recommendations on compliance with all safety measures in conditions of hostilities.
