Distribution Of Diamond Dust Can Reduce Global Warming Into Stratosphere

An annual emission of 5 million tons of diamond dust into the stratosphere can cool the planet 1.6 degrees. This is reported by Science.org with reference to the results of the study

This is enough to prevent the worst consequences of global warming.

Scientists have found that diamond dust sprayed into the stratosphere can reduce the temperature, reflecting the sun’s rays.

It is noted that in the past volcanic smoke and particles covered the atmosphere and caused the cooling of the earth.

The new study concerns the form of geoenginery, known as stratospheric aerosol injection. The idea is based on the natural process of volcanism.

The results of the study are published in the publication of Geophysical Research letters.
