The acute physical and emotional exhaustion of the body can lead to the development of cancer, warned an oncologist and surgeon Ivan Karasev in a conversation with the “Russian newspaper.”
He indicated that for normal functioning, the body needs a dream at least eight hours, several meals per day, taking into account the normal breakfast, regular physical activity (at least 10 thousand steps per day) and walks in the fresh air.
“One of the reasons for oncology is acute physical and emotional exhaustion. There are several effective rules for recovery. The first: weekend is not the time to work. Many underestimate this rule and believe that the implementation of small tasks do not take their weekend. Being head in work, you still do not relax. Even lying without movement, you will not be able to relax, “the doctor noted.
Carasev recommended citizens not to overload the body of harmful food even on vacation.
“Choose goodies consciously and follow the balance. Then by the end of the weekend you will feel ease,” said oncologist.
He also drew attention to the danger of too long sleep at the weekend.
“Pisel is harmful to health no less than a lack of sleep. The optimal way to compensate for everyday life – add to sleep on weekends 1-2 hours,” expert explained.
According to the doctor, the emotional state also has a beneficial effect of purity and comfort in the house.
“Of course, it is not worth the whole weekend to run with a mop in your teeth. 1-2 hours of time to maintain comfort and purity – this is more than enough,” added Carasev.
