The detained ex-president of Moldova Igor Dodon was placed in the investigative insulator of the National Corruption Center, Interfax reports.
It is reported that he was taken out of the house on Tuesday evening, after the searches in the house, which lasted throughout the day. The operatives issued material evidence from the house, including documents and electronic media.
Dodon was accompanied by several employees of the National Corruption Center. They did not allow the ex-president to communicate with numerous journalists who were waiting for the house all day and put him in a minibus.
Recall that earlier on Tuesday, acting The heads of the anti -corruption prosecutor’s office Elena Kazakova said that Dodon and one of his closest relatives Peter Merinyan were detained for 72 hours.
