Nigeria security forces during operations in the northeast of the country liberated 82 people held by Boko Haram terrorists and members of armed gangs. This was announced by the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the country Edward Buba.
The hostages have been captured by militants over the past two weeks.
According to him, 32 terrorist was eliminated as a result of the operation, over 100 members of Boko Haram and gangs were captured
dozens of weapons and vehicles were seized.
Recently, the attacks of the Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorist organizations, as well as armed gangs have become more frequent in various regions of Nigeria.
