On October 21, the port of ad-Dabba, where oil is shipped in Yemen, was attacked by at least two drones. Several explosions occurred in the immediate vicinity of the oil terminal, reports Al Arabiya.
The port is located on the shores of the Gulf of Aden near the administrative center of the South Comeen Province of Khadramaut, the city of El Mukalla
According to local sources, the explosions occurred on the coast and coincided in time with a call to the port of the tanker, which was supposed to boot 2 million barrels of Yemenskaya oil. Explosions led to a fire next to the oil berth.
Immediately after the attack, the police blocked the entrances to the port and blocked the road leading from the center of the Khadramaut province to the city of Ash -shik. The victims have not yet been reported. No one took responsibility for the attack. Also, there is no information which state owns a tanker, which was approaching the terminal at the time of the explosions.
