A preliminary investigation was completed in the criminal case of a resident of the Shabran district, 34-year-old Magomed Nazirov, accused of the murder of a 69-year-old mother. The case file was sent to the Sumgaita court for serious crimes for consideration.
According to Haqqin.az, the criminal case is in the proceedings of the judge Figret Aliyev. The next court session is scheduled for July 8.
Recall that the murder occurred on the evening of March 9, 2022 in the Shabra region. Arriving home in a state of intoxication, Magomed Nazirov quarreled with his mother Nuria Nazirova. During a quarrel, a drunken son brutally beat his mother, inflicting numerous blows to her with his feet and fists. Nazirova died from the injuries.
A criminal case was opened on this fact in the prosecutor’s office of the Shabra region under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code. M. Nazirov was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation.
