In Dubai, the 12th World Government Summit (WGS 2025) begins, in which about 30 heads of states and leaders from different parts of the world will take part.
This year, the summit will collect delegations of 140 governments, high -profile leaders of world technological companies, as well as heads of states and leaders from approximately 30 countries.
The summit will be held from 11 to February 13 in Dubai. Among the guests of the event are the chairman of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Kristalin Georgiev, the Secretary General of the Arab States League Akhmed Abu Gate and the Secretary General of OPEC Hasem El Gays, as well as top managers of companies such as Google, MasterCard, Astrazeneca and Dow Jones.
It is expected that on the last day of the Summit, the businessman and the director of the US Government (DOGE), billionaire Ilon Musk will make a speech at the session “Boring Cities, Artificial Intelligence and Doge”.
The purpose of the summit is the development of solutions to ensure global progress in the next 10 years. Among those that will be discussed at the event are economic stability, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, public -private partnership, adaptation to climate change, transformation of global healthcare and reducing the population.
