In Italy, the eco -activists of the “Last Generation” movement doused the vegetable soup with the picture of Vincent Van Gogh “Sower” in the Palazzo Bonaparte Museum, where an exhibition with works of the artist was organized. This was reported by the ANSA agency.
The criminals doused the picture “Sower” (1853-1890) with canned soup, glued themselves with glue to the wall at the picture and shouted slogans against the use of coal and about the consequences of climate change.
The security immediately closed the exhibition halls and escorted visitors. According to the curators of the exhibition, the picture was not injured, it was closed by a protective glass.
