In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, the trial of the criminal case of the former head of the Farrhad Foreign Affairs of Mollazade and the Consular Directorate of the Ministry of Salim Alizade, heqqin.az reports from the courtroom.
According to the process, the defendants received 6 years conditionally, two of which will be test.
Note that the accused were detained as a result of a special operation conducted by the State Security Service. They were charged under the articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Assignment in particularly large amounts, abuse of official powers.”
With regard to F. Malllazade and S. Alizade, the Sabail district court elected a measure of preventing in the form of detention. After some time, the court sent them under house arrest.
