The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Washington called on fellow citizens who are in the United States with a decision on deportation, to take advantage of the possibility of voluntary return to their homeland.
“Dear citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are in the United States of America! We draw your attention to the fact that the US authorities call for foreign citizens who have a court decision on deportation, but continuing to be in the country, voluntarily returning to their homeland in the shortest possible time using the CBP Home mobile application, the embassy said.
It is noted that citizens who are ready to return to their homeland are provided with a number of opportunities, including voluntary and safe return to their homeland with the choice of flights, preserving the funds earned in the United States, lack of detention by the competent authorities and returning without forced deportation,
It is reported that in case of refusal of voluntary return, the use of certain measures is provided. In particular, the migrant faces immediate deportation, fines and sanctions, as well as a ban on re -entry into the United States.
“In connection with the foregoing, the embassy calls for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the opportunity to prevent possible negative consequences,” the diplomatic mission was summarized.
