Future education aims to develop exactly skills, said the Minister of Education Emin Ampullayev in the program “Time World of Shahina” on the Real TV TV channel, leading the Digital Skills project as a successful example.
According to the minister, the project is important not only in terms of improving the level of programming and algorithmic knowledge of students, but also the formation of a purposeful and logical thinking.
As E. Amruullayev noted, today’s education should be more aimed at the development of such skills as a solution to the tasks, develop a creative and creative approach to decisions, develop teamwork skills, leadership, logic, etc. / P>
Since the project of the Ministry of Education “Digital Skills” showed itself successfully in this direction, it was decided to expand him in the new academic year.
Thus, in the 2021-2022 academic year, the Digital Skills project will cover 16 cities and regions of Azerbaijan. It is planned that in the new school year, 190 thousand students studying in 250 schools Baku, Sumgait, Ganjae, Shemakhi, Schirvana, Shemakhi, Lankarani, Bilyasuwara, Shemakhi, Lenkorani, Bilyasuwar, Mingachevir, Khachmaza, Evlaha, Sabirabad, Salyana, Shamkira, Goychary and Shatan . In the project, more than 1,500 teachers will be taught. In addition, it is planned to increase the number of classes already in existing project schools.
Since the 2017-2018 school year, the Digital Skills project started in the schools of Azerbaijan. The main objective of the project is the development of students of the main skills of the 21st century, namely, the students capture the ICT skills, they have achieved their purposeful activities in information space, have become competitive personnel with well-developed logical thinking.
