“The Ministry of Science and Education is not a scientific institution. We are talking about the management of the sphere of science.” This was announced in an interview with Aztv TV channel by the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullaev.
E. Amrullaev noted that the cooperation of science and education has long been discussed in Azerbaijani society and added that according to the presidential decree, the newly created structure performs regulatory functions in the field of science and coordination of scientific activity, administrative management, financing of science.
