In Baku, the trial of a criminal case, initiated by the death of a woman on the bakery, was completed.
In the Narimanovsky district court, the sentence was read by a female factory manager NUR Zhelelyaeva (1988), which is accused of article 124.1 (murder on negligence) of the Criminal Code, reports QafqazInfo.
She sentenced to two years of correctional work with a monthly holding of 20% wages.
Recall, on January 7, the district prosecutor’s office received information about the death of Matanat Hasanova (1971), who worked on the Baku bakery, located in Narimanovsky district Baku and owned by İsrafiloğlu.
The investigation has established that a woman at the time of the incident cleaned the testing unit in the plant manufacturing workshop. The turned off the device by negligence included another worker – Zhal Nuralyaeva, as a result, the hand of M. Hasanova stuck in the stirrer and from the injuries they got in place.
