In the Baku Court in grave crimes, a meeting was held in the criminal case of the former coincidence of the additional and absentee education of the Baku Slavic University (BSU) of the Durban Aliyeva, accused of assigning a large amount of money received from students.
At the meeting, chaired by Judge Ali Mamedov, gave testimony of the witness of Irad Guliyev.
She reported that he was born in Turkmenistan, he is a citizen of Russia.
According to I. Guliyeva, for the receipt of additional education in the BSU, the accused 6,800 manat was delivered.
“The second Karabakh war was going. Durdana Aliyeva asked to list 6,800 manat on its account through the payment terminal. The account number was addressed to the Narutana Aliyeva. She said that due to military situation in the country, payment can be made without visiting the university. Later, I was called from the university and reported that the paid amount did not arrive at the box office, I had a debt, “the witness said.
D. Alieva confirmed that the amount was listed on its account. However, she noted that the money received from the female student was handed over to Nurlan Aliyeva, which occupied the post of rector BSU.
Another witness in his testimony said that 2300 manat was supposed to pay, but after talked to D.Aliyeva and handed over 1,000 manat to her education at the university.
“But I did not receive a student card, and then the pandemic began and the educational process was suspended. In January, I learned that I have a debt before the university,” the witness said.
He asked the court to reimburse him the damage.
The process will continue on November 22.
Based on numerous complaints from students about the unlawful actions of Durdanna Aliyeva, in the General Office for Combating Corruption in the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, an investigation was conducted and a criminal case was initiated under articles 178.3.2 (fraud committed with causing major damage), 32.4 , 312.2 (incitement to the country of bribes), 311.1 (receiving a bribe) of the Criminal Code
