State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and one of the largest employers in the ICT market – AzerConnect has signed a memorandum of understanding.
The document was signed by Chairman of the Board of the State Employment Agency Mustafa Abbasbeyli and CEO AzerConnect Emil Masimov.
According to the Memorandum, cooperation on the activities of the Agency and projects representing mutual interest will be built between the parties. Along with this, AzerConnect will be established to cooperate on ensuring professional orientation and vocational training, as well as an increase in the knowledge and abilities of the unemployed and job seekers, in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.
The document also provides for the preparation of proposals for the development of corporate social relations, support from AzerConnect as part of the employment marathon of the employment of participants in the Patriotic War and family members of the Shekhid and the implementation of relevant activities, conducting joint innovative projects, events and forums.
The memorandum reflects the implementation of the Agency of Stimulating Events of various nature, including conducting programs and projects, to increase interest in creating additional jobs and social enterprises for persons who are particularly in need of social protection and experienced difficulties in employment, the provision of additional AzerConnect support for the development and support of the activities of persons involved in active employment, internship in the company and assistance in providing relevant jobs to those engaged in professional learning.
