Saudi Arabia is ready to bring oil production to 13 million barrels per day, as previously announced. Anadolu reports that this was stated by the Crown Prince of the Saudi Kingdom of Mohammed Ben Salman at the opening of the Summit of Cooperation of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf (SSAGPZ) for security and development with the participation of US President Joe Baden and the leaders of 9 Arab states.
According to him, Saudi Arabia does not have the capacities of the above declared oil production forecasts. At the same time, he did not voiced the exact time frame for achieving this goal.
The Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia Abdel Aziz Bin Salman stated in May that the kingdom was ready to bring oil production to 13 million barrels per day, noting that this can be achieved by the beginning of 2027.
