Ankara does not plan to start a war with Greece. Thus, the probability of conflict was appreciated by the Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan, TASS reports.
At the same time, the head of state indicated that Athens “do not stand behind their words”, and reminded that they violated the airspace of the country 147 times.
“How will we live in the neighborhood? What should we do? Do my Air Force answer. What will my citizens say if they do not answer the Air Force? They will not ask where our Air Force?” – the president wondered and stated that many countries are trying to reconcile Turkey and Greece, but Ankara has not yet been considering a similar scenario.
