Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Greece Prime Minister Kiriacosik about the bilateral meeting in Vilnius reached consent to use multilateral communication channels between Ankara and Athens. According to the report, the leaders of the two countries emphasized the importance of preserving a positive climate, which has been outlined in recent months in bilateral relations.
At a meeting with the participation of the heads of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey and Greece, Erdogan and Mitsikitis also agreed on the issue of this in the fall of this year in the sealonics of the meeting of the Council of High-level Cooperation Turkey-Greek. The heads of diplomacy are instructed to control the issue of preparation for the meeting of the Council and prepare reports on progress on this issue.
The readiness to continue contacts at all levels is emphasized in order to form conditions for improving Turkish-Greek relations.
