Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held one on one and in an expanded composition with the Prime Minister of Hungary Orban in Budapest.
The parties discussed the process of full-fledged Turkish membership in the EU, regional and international topics, as well as the state of Turkish-Hungarian relations.
From the Turkish side, the head of the Foreign Ministry Hakan Fidan, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayractar, the Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Ashkyn Bak, the Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmeth Fatikh Kajyr, the Minister of Trade of the Omer Bolat, and the head of the Directorate for the Presidential Administration, participated in the negotiations. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived on a visit to Budapest at the invitation of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
As part of the visit, the Turkish leader will take part in events on the occasion of the National Feast of Hungary of the Day of the Hungarian State and the World Athletics Championship in the country.
