Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation, reports Mehr agency.
During the conversation, the heads of state discussed bilateral and regional relations. The parties emphasized the importance of strengthening the level of cooperation and coordination between the two countries.
“The only way to achieve durable safety and stability in the region is to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries,” said Raishi.
In turn, Erdogan emphasized the support of His country of Iran in achieving regional security.
