Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with German Chancellor Olaf Sholts in New Delhi.
The meeting was held on the fields of the 18th summit of the leaders of the “Big Twenty”.
During the meeting, the bilateral relations of Turkey and Germany were discussed, an exchange of views was held to resume the work of the Turkish-Es Dialogue mechanism, the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, as well as regional and global issues.
The head of state emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation in areas such as energy supply, renewable energy sources, innovation and technology transfer to increase trade between the two countries, which, as of 2022, was at $ 45 billion. P>
The meeting was attended by the head of the Foreign Ministry Hakan Fidan, the head of the national intelligence organization Ibrahim Kalyn and the presidential adviser to foreign policy and security Akif Chagatai Kylych.
