Turkish authorities will take specific steps to adopt a new constitution of the country.
This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a meeting of the parliamentary faction of the ruling party of justice and development (PSR).
At the same time, the head of state noted that this process will be carried out “without any haste and further delays.”
“I believe that the desire for the civil constitution should not be sacrificed to the transient debates of everyday policy,” the Turkish leader emphasized.
President Erdogan also pointed out the need to support the efforts of the speaker of the parliament in the issue of the new Constitution.
