Türkiye forms infrastructure for the voluntary return of Syrian refugees to their homeland. This was announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, addressing on Thursday in Istanbul to representatives of the country’s small and medium -sized businesses.
The Head of State recalled that the Turkish authorities, with the support of non -governmental organizations, had previously built houses in Syrian territory for the needs of hundreds of thousands of Syrians.
At the same time, with the support of Qatar in the north of Syria, the construction of houses for the placement of a million Syrian refugees continues.
In the meantime, the Turkish media reported that houses in Syrian territory will be built for three years with the support of the Qatari Development Fund. We are talking about 240 thousand residential buildings.
The politician emphasized that the Turkish authorities are not going to mislead refugees, but use the experience of Germany, France and the USA, where they create prerequisites for the voluntary return of migrants to their homeland.
